Fully signed up and package handed over to courier for delivery, all within 3 hours from my initial request. Best ISP by far when it comes to customer service! Keep it up.

I am overall very happy with Afrihost. There are the odd occasions where the First line support doesn't have all the info on network outages and so forth, but they always do what they can to assist. Response times on E-mail and WhatsApp has been the best for me out of all the other providers I have had over the years.

Afrihost WhatsApp service was previously extremely slow and not worth the wait, but they seem to have upped their game, and Richard gave me some excellent service. Overall, Afrihost is the best.
